• Go to the official results portal: Use this link:  https://secondary.sdms.gov.rw. This is the official NESA website for secondary exam results (S3 and S6).
• Enter your Index Number: On the page, there’s a box labeled “Index Number.” Type in your exam index number exactly as on your exam registration slip. Then type your national identity number.
• Click “Get My Results”:  After entering your number, press the button to view your results instantly.

View, Download, or Print Your Result: Once your results appear, you can view them right away. You can also download the official result slip or print it. Keep a copy for university applications or school records.

These results decide your next steps: whether you go to university, enter a TVET institute, or explore other opportunities. The 2023/2024 Rwanda S6 National Examination results provide a clear benchmark as the country awaits the official release of the 2024/2025 statistics. Overall, the nationwide pass rate stood at 78.6%, covering candidates from General Education, Technical Secondary Schools (TSS), and Professional Education (PE). Within these streams, performance varied significantly: General Education recorded a 67.5% pass rate, while TSS achieved an impressive 96.1%, and PE led with an outstanding 98.1%. Out of 91,713 registered candidates, 91,298 actually sat for the exams, and 71,746 passed, reflecting the strong academic outcomes across the country. These figures highlight Rwanda’s steady progress in education, with technical and professional tracks showing particularly high success rates.
